SB 5306: Education reform

Reforming education.

Summary

  • Community Selection of Local Education Program . Each school district board of directors may authorize a school or schools in the district to participate in the performance-based education system to be developed by the Commission on Student Learning. The school board must hold at least one public hearing before adopting a motion stating which school(s) may participate.
