Concerning warehousing of alcohol.

Summary

  • Creates a bonded and nonbonded beer warehouse license for the storage and handling of beer in bond and the storage and handling of tax-paid beer not in bond.
  • Establishes requirements for obtaining and operating under the license; specifies when beer may be removed from a licensed warehouse; and specifies types of permissible handling of beer in a licensed warehouse.
  • Authorizes domestic breweries to maintain a warehouse off the brewery premises for the distribution of beer, without the new warehouse license.
