Concerning transportation resources.

Summary

  • Repeals the luxury aircraft tax.
  • Increases the aircraft fuel tax and annual aircraft registration fees, indexing both to 2 percent annual inflation and directing the increases to two sustainable aviation fuel-related accounts.
  • Aggregates and distributes fuel taxes received attributable to inflation in the same manner as other fuel tax increases made in 2025.
  • Modifies the use tax base for the use tax component of the luxury vehicle tax and the recreational vessel tax.
  • Exempts motor homes from the luxury vehicle tax for the period from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
  • Delays the program to reimburse registered tow truck operators for the costs of towing indigent persons' vehicles to July 1, 2027.
