Requiring a less restrictive alternative placement to be owned and operated by the same individuals.
Summary
- Requires the court to confirm, prior to authorizing a least restrictive alternative, that the residence for a sexually violent predator's placement is owned by the same person or person's that will be providing or monitoring the person's treatment.
